Welcome to After-School Program registration for all families! We are excited to announce that online registration for the current school year is now open. Please note that enrollment is on a space-available basis. In the event that spaces are filled, we will promptly contact you with the option to be placed on our waitlist.
Our After-School Program is designed to serve children from:
- Churchill Road Elementary
- Franklin Sherman Elementary
- Haycock Elementary
- Kent Gardens Elementary
Rest assured, bus transportation to our facility is provided for all attending students.

We are currently near capacity for the 2026-27 school year. Families interested in registering for the 2026–27 school year should contact us at 703-356-3346, ext. 106.
If you are a new or returning family interested in joining us for the upcoming 2026-27 school year, please submit your information using the online registration form using the button below. Space is limited and we are near capacity.
Annual registration is required for new AND returning families.

2027-28 Registration Dates
In-House Registration is Jan 11th – Jan 15th: Returning families and siblings may register online. Check your email for the link.
Open Registration is Jan 18th – Jan 22nd:
- Priority, on a space available basis, is given to those on the Waitlist who register Jan 18th -Jan 22nd.
- New families can register on a first-come, first-served basis beginning January 18th.
- Returning families registering during Open Registration will be enrolled on a space available basis.
Waitlist: Enrollment is on a space-available basis. Enrollment is near capacity for the 2026-27 school year. Please feel free to contact us (see below) if you have further questions.
Online 2027-28 Waitlist. Current families with new siblings that they want to register in 2027-28 can join the waitlist. New families, even if they may be unsure of their plans, are encouraged to join the Waitlist for the 2027-28 school year.
Program Details:
Hours: Open until 6:15 p.m., Monday – Friday, following the Fairfax County Public Schools calendar.
Eligibility: For children at Churchill Road Elementary, Franklin Sherman Elementary, Haycock Elementary, and Kent Gardens Elementary. Bus transportation is provided.
Fees: $75 registration fee per child, plus the first and last month’s tuition deposit ($960). Non-refundable after payment.
2026-27 Payment Information:
Method: Via Simply Giving (EFT) required form and a voided check or account verification certificate from your bank.
Due Date: One week from the online registration date.
Annual Tuition: $4,800 per year.
- Tuition includes Special Camp Days offered on Teacher Workdays and 2-Hour Early Release.
- Payable in full or by submitting the registration deposit ($75 reg. fee + $480 1st payment + $480 last payment) followed by 8 recurring monthly installments of $480.
- A late fee of $25 is charged for delayed payments.
- A $25 fee is charged for returned checks.
Registration Process:
- Complete the online registration form and the online Intake Form.
- Submit separate registrations for each child if enrolling more than one.
- All required forms, including a voided check, can be found on the ‘Forms’ page and can be dropped off at Door #1 or mailed.
- Registration is complete once all forms are submitted, and payment is made. If payment is not submitted, space is not guaranteed, and your child may be moved to the Waitlist. Once paid, fees are non-refundable.
