Rest assured, bus transportation to our facility is provided for all attending students.

NEW! If you are a new or returning family interested in joining us for the upcoming 2026-27 school year, please submit your information using the online registration form using the button below. Space is limited and we are near capacity.
Annual registration is required for new AND returning families.
Register Online for the 2026-2027 School Year:
In-House Registration is Jan 12th – Jan 16th: Returning families and siblings may register online. Check your email for the link.
Open Registration is Jan 19th – Jan 23rd:
- Priority, on a space available basis, is given to those on the Waitlist who register Jan 19th -Jan 23rd.
- New families can register on a first-come, first-served basis beginning January 19th.
- Returning families registering during Open Registration will be enrolled on a space available basis.
Waitlist: Enrollment is on a space-available basis. Currently, we are near capacity for the 2025-26 school year. You may add your child to the 2025-2026 Waitlist, and we will contact you if a space becomes available. Please feel free to contact us (see below) if you have further questions.
Online 2025-26 Waitlist. Some new families may be unsure of their plans and prefer to join the Waitlist for the 2025-26 school year.
Program Details:
Hours: Open until 6:15 p.m., Monday – Friday, following the Fairfax County Public Schools calendar.
Eligibility: For children at Churchill Road Elementary, Franklin Sherman Elementary, Haycock Elementary, and Kent Gardens Elementary. Bus transportation is provided.
Fees: $75 registration fee per child, plus the first and last month’s tuition deposit ($960). Non-refundable after payment.
Payment Information:
Method: Via Simply Giving (EFT) required form and a voided check.
Due Date: One week from the online registration date.
Annual Tuition: $4,800 per year.
- Tuition includes Special Camp Days offered on Teacher Workdays and 2-Hour Early Release.
- Payable in full or by submitting the registration deposit ($75 reg. fee + $480 1st payment + $480 last payment) followed by 8 recurring monthly installments of $480.
- A late fee of $25 is charged for delayed payments.
- A $25 fee is charged for returned checks.
Registration Process:
- Complete the online registration form and the online Intake Form.
- Submit separate registrations for each child if enrolling more than one.
- All required forms, including a voided check, can be found on the ‘Forms’ page and can be dropped off at Door #1 or mailed.
- Registration is complete once all forms are submitted, and payment is made. If payment is not submitted, space is not guaranteed, and your child may be moved to the Waitlist. Once paid, fees are non-refundable.
